Sophia Hadjipanteli has been a colourful and creative muse in my life since following her way back in 2016. I think she is utterly gorgeous and from her social media presence online, she seems to be someone that has a kindness and warmth to her.
Now this project is nothing amazing by far, but was more of my "I can't be bothered to draw, I wanna scribble moments." It reminded me of when I was a child; my father and I used to draw on old magazines together, drawing funny things on the people that were featured.
Using Instagram as my "newspaper" I worked on illustrating over the top of them, much like I did when I was a kid. I found this oddly therapeutic to be honest as it didn't require too much effort from my part - much like someone might use a colouring book to calm down, I felt this had a similar effect.
